mostly ask question
1. What exactly is Flexhouse and how does it work?
Flexhouse is the world’s first online flexibility and strength training platform created specifically for cheerleaders and dancers aged 6 to 18. Led by Australian champion Vogue Ranieri, Flexhouse offers athlete-led, follow-along home workouts designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility. Once you choose a membership level, you’ll get access to a private Vimeo-based video library, progress tracking, community chats, and—in higher tiers—direct feedback from expert coaches. You train when it works for you—before school, after class, or anytime in between.
2. What kind of workouts will my child be doing?
All Flexhouse workouts are cheer and dance-specific, developed by Vogue based on what actually works for young athletes on the mat and stage. Sessions include dynamic stretching, deep flexibility training, strength-building moves, and mobility exercises to support performance and injury prevention. The workouts are fun, safe, and age-appropriate—tailored for every level, from beginners to elite competitors.
3. What’s the difference between the membership tiers?
Flexhouse offers four main membership levels:
- Athlete Chat (Free):Build your profile, join the online community, and stay inspired.
- Dreamteam ($11/week): Get 3 new workouts per week to stay consistent and improve steadily.
- Dreamteam Elite ($21/week): Includes 5 weekly workouts and a personal progress report every 3 weeks.
- Premier Dreamteam ($48/week): Full access to all workouts, nutrition tips, daily motivation, bi-weekly feedback, and 1-on-1 sessions with Vogue every second week.
Each plan builds on the last, so you can choose the level of support and structure that fits your needs.
4. Can my child really make progress just training at home?
Absolutely. Flexhouse is proof that real progress doesn’t require a gym—just the right guidance and consistency. Athletes using Flexhouse have dramatically improved their splits, back flexibility, body control, and strength right from their living rooms. With structured workouts, goal tracking, and accountability through the Dreamteam community, your child can train like a champion from anywhere.
5. Is Flexhouse safe and suitable for younger athletes?
Yes. Flexhouse is designed specifically for athletes aged 6 to 18 and is completely parent-aproved. Every session is filmed with safety in mind and uses simple, clear instructions to guide kids and teens through their workouts. The platform is hosted securely on Vimeo, and there’s no direct contact between users—so parents can feel confident in both the content and the community.
6. Do I need any equipment to get started?
No special equipment is required to start. Most workouts use bodyweight only and are designed to be done in small spaces like a bedroom or lounge. Optional tools like yoga blocks, resistance bands, or mats may enhance the experience, but they’re not essential. The goal is to make training easy, accessible, and effective—anytime, anywhere
